Please note that this is known as the fine prints. I live in California which has strong privacy policy laws. On advice from legal counsel, I have been advised to include these clauses on my website. Most of these clauses do not currently apply but should I decide to use this website to become an online seller, I would then be covered under Federal and state laws.
